Key responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
2. Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization
3. Establish creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs
4. Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
5. Manage team of designers
6. Provide quality control over concepts and projects

Requirements:

1. Understands brand values and guidelines and apply it to maintain consistency in design
2. Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
3. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers
4. Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media
5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
6. Passion, integrity, and energy
