Credit Risk Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential leasing and financing partners
2. Managing the risk assessment of potential and existing partners, based on research and evaluation of financial, operational, and other parameters
3. Discussing the outcome of the credit evaluation process for every new/existing partnership with the credit committee, and investor committee
4. Highlighting the observations, red flags and key issues along with the decision rationale
5. Preparing a detailed credit memo comprising a business overview, deal summary, key observations, red flags and decision rationale based on credit evaluation conducted on the leasing/inventory financing partner
6. Evaluating timely collections from existing partners by tracking and collating information from different departments
7. Highlighting cases of delayed payments to the BD team
8. Monitoring the portfolio of existing partners periodically based on their most recent financial and operational information
9. Performing ad hoc analysis and projects as requested depending on the needs of the business
10. Working with the external aggregator platforms to develop and build relationships with them and to evaluate deals routed to Prosprr by such other aggregator/financing platforms
11. Developing and polishing skills continuously useful for the role by attending training, informative webinars etc.

Requirements:

1. Experience in analyzing financial information such as financial statements, MIS, operational KPIs, etc. including but not limited to analysis based on financial ratios
2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
3. Dedicated individual with a zeal to drive and achieve results
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
5. Experience in working with other financial systems
