Key Responsibilities:

1. Taking outage calls from internal staff members and clients
2. Creating, updating, resolving or escalating incidents according to guidelines and defined SLA
3. Communicating with clients and Internal technical teams
4. Co-operating within the team to ensure all outages are attended within the SLAs
5. Achieve KPIs set by management team

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Must be able to speak and write in fluent English

2. Degree in computer science or relevant field or work experience in a similar field

3. Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and good interpersonal skills

4. Good understanding of ITIL

5. Available to cover shifts supporting a 24/7/365 operation

6. Must demonstrate knowledge on various technical platforms

7. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills

Salary
