Key responsibilities:

1. Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner
2. Maintain and update CRM system database accurately to ensure data integrity and consistency
3. Generate reports and analyze data using advanced Excel functions to support decision-making processes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for CRM system optimization
5. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on CRM system functionalities and best practices
6. Assist in testing and troubleshooting CRM system updates or enhancements to ensure smooth implementation
7. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Other requirements

1. Obtain a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

2. Demonstrate proven experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk)

3. Utilize a technical background in robotics, automation, or a related industry

4. Manage service tickets and technical workflows in a customer-facing environment

5. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to manage and prioritize multiple tickets

6. Apply excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues

7. Communicate effectively to interact with both technical and non-technical customers

8. Show proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and basic data analysis tools

9. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (service, engineering, sales)

10. Possess knowledge of robotics systems or experience in a technical support environment (highly desirable)
