We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CSR (corporate social responsibility) manager to join our team. The CSR manager will play a crucial role in building partnerships with corporations, raising funds, and aligning corporate efforts with our mission of improving the well-being of underprivileged children and empowering women.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership development: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives.
2. Fundraising & grants: Identify and secure funding opportunities through CSR channels, corporate partnerships, and grants to support the organization's programs.
3. Program management: Coordinate and manage CSR programs aimed at the education, healthcare, and well-being of underprivileged kids and women empowerment initiatives.
4. Strategy development: Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with the goals of Empowering Humanity, ensuring measurable social impact.
5. Community engagement: Represent Empowering Humanity in corporate events, workshops, and seminars to engage with stakeholders and promote awareness.
6. Reporting & documentation: Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, budgets, and project outcomes for internal and external reporting purposes.
7. Volunteer management: Work closely with corporate volunteers and ensure active engagement in our on-ground projects.
8. Impact assessment: Measure and analyze the impact of CSR initiatives and report outcomes to donors and corporate partners.

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CSR management, fundraising, corporate partnerships, or related fields.
2. Education: A degree in social work, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record in fundraising and building corporate relationships.
5. Ability to manage projects and multitask efficiently.
6. Understanding of the social sector, particularly in the areas of child welfare and women empowerment.
7. Passionate about creating social impact and helping underserved communities.
