We are looking for curriculum designers who are innovative and enthusiastic about designing curricula for making kids 21st century ready. You should be updated about the latest developments in gamified learning and flipped classroom approach. You should also love designing fun-gamified activities for children that improve their learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting research and collaborating with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources
2. Establishing feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum
3. Creating stimulating lesson plans and recommending interesting additional resources
4. Developing a range of digital resources to optimize classroom learning and ensuring ongoing learning outside of formal settings
5. Creating supplementary teacher and student guides, as well as resource packs
6. Collecting feedback from students, teachers, and clients
7. Monitoring student progress and making relevant changes to curriculums
8. Collaborating with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources
9. Setting up formal and informal assessments to gauge the effectiveness of curriculums
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1-3 years of relevant experience (education/teaching will be preferred)
Excellent communication skills (written, spoken & presentation)
Must be pro-active, well organized, and a thorough planner
Coordination & time management skills
Knowledge about the ed-tech industry
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
