Curriculum Planner - Coding/Robotic Job

Key responsibilities: (FOR CODING CURRICULUM PLANER)

1. Collaborate with educators and subject-matter experts to identify learning objectives and goals for the coding curriculum.
2. Research and select appropriate learning resources, such as textbooks, online courses, and hands-on exercises, to support the curriculum.
3. Develop lesson plans that align with the learning objectives of the curriculum, and ensure that the content is engaging and relevant to students.
4. Implement the curriculum in a physical classroom setting, including delivering lectures and facilitating hands-on activities.
5. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their learning and development.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of coding and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the curriculum as appropriate.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience developing content or teaching coding to students of all levels.
3. Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including Block-Based such as Scratch, Thinkable and Text-Based such as HTML, CSS and Python.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Passion for developing coding content and a desire to help students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt to changing student needs and learning styles.


Responsibilities and Duties (FOR ROBOTICS CURRICULUM PLANNER)
Content (Primary Task):

1. Design training programs in collaboration with the SME (Subject matter experts)
2. Conduct training (Offline and online)
3. Monitor execution of the curriculum across schools
4. Observe classroom teaching and provide guidance to the teachers
5. Work closely with teachers to upskill them in areas of classroom delivery and classroom management

Qualifications:

1. Primary and secondary grades teaching experience
2. Certified trainer (teacher trainer, if possible)
3. A Bachelor/Master in Engineering
4. Should have a good knowledge of Arduino & ESP32 with IOT
5. Technologically Savvy
6. Should be a team player and have a passion for learning and teaching
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Excellent interpersonal skills
