Curriculum Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement a comprehensive, activity-based robotics curriculum aligned with current K-12 STEM education standards.
2. Create well-structured and detailed lesson plans that incorporate diverse instructional methodologies to deliver a stimulating and effective learning experience.
3. Conduct pilot testing of lesson plans with students and teachers in different school and Rancho Labs centers.
4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools to evaluate student learning outcomes and mastery of robotics concepts.
5. Provide students with timely and comprehensive and constructive feedback on assignments and projects to promote growth and understanding.
6. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of the robotics curriculum into the broader educational program.
7. Gather feedback and continuously monitor the curriculum for optimal effectiveness.
