We provide a wide range of services like research publication, research consultancy, conference proceedings, and publication in high-quality journals indexed in SCOPUS/Web of Science, Research, and Technical Writing, but not limited to these. We are continuously expanding our area of services. We have business in 200+ countries. Our clients are research scholars, Ph.D. students, professors, lecturers, and post-graduate students who have an interest in research-related fields.
Key responsibilities:
1. Procuring existing clients through direct contact
2. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
3. Conducting quality assurance on all produced documents including research articles, review articles, books, etc.
4. Keeping the clients updated about the latest services
5. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
6. Understanding the customer's problem and troubleshooting it with an optimal and effective solution
Working days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
Time - 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary - 18k to 25k (based on communication and interview performance)
The interview process will be virtual on Google Meet.
