About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Using CRM programs and CRM tools
2. Resolving escalated client issues, social media DMs, and comments
3. Handling Interakt queries, sending WhatsApp blasts and promotional messages, and doing weekly CRM calls
4. Directly reporting to senior management
5. Maintaining a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction
6. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
7. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
8. Identifying key customers

Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
