About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction:
a. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking products and services.
b. Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer queries.
c. Offer guidance to customers regarding their accounts, transactions, loans, credit cards, and other banking services.

2. Issue resolution:
a. Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

3. Product and service knowledge:
a. Stay up to date with the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
b. Educate customers about the various banking products, services, and features they may benefit from.

4. Account management:
a. Assist customers in managing their bank accounts, including balance inquiries, transaction history, and account modifications.
b. Process customer requests for cheque book orders, card activations, PIN generation, and other similar services.

5. Transaction assistance:
a. Support customers with issues related to online banking, ATM transactions, mobile banking, and other digital banking services.
b. Ensure security measures are adhered to when processing sensitive financial transactions.

6. Compliance and security:
a. Ensure that all customer information is handled in compliance with data privacy and banking regulations.
b. Verify and authenticate customer details to maintain security during all transactions.

7. Customer satisfaction:
a. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive, friendly interactions.
b. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution, and call handling time.

8. Reporting:
a. Document issues, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately.
b. Provide daily/weekly reports to management on customer concerns and trends.

1. Banking process: Any language English/Hindi (any language proficiency is preferred).

2. Graduation is must.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,04,000 /year
