About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Convert Swiggy and Zomato customers into direct clients.
2. Engage with customers who order through Swiggy and Zomato, encouraging them to order directly from your bakery.
3. Collect and manage customer data for follow-up and conversion.
4. Develop and implement strategies to convert first-time platform customers into repeat, direct clients.
5. Work with the marketing team to create personalized offers or loyalty programs to incentivize direct purchases.
6. Track and analyze conversion rates, providing regular reports
