Customer Care Associate (Retail Store) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer service:
i. Approach customers with a smile, greet them cheerfully, and understand their needs empathetically
ii. Listen actively to all queries and objections of the customer and handle them efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer
ii. Religiously obtain customer s valued feedback and data in the prescribed format
2. Consultative selling
i. Help the customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending it as per his needs and profile
ii. Describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the customer to make a buying decision
3. Store operations
i. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the store by ensuring merchandise and trading areas are always clean, all displays are proper, and counters, tables, and shelves are properly organized
ii. Develop a clear understanding of the store processes, and knowledge of policies regarding payment & exchanges
iii. Ensure price tags, bar codes, and signages are available on all merchandise and the visual display is done innovatively
