Customer Care Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients and coordinate their time for their needs
2. Coordinate with the company s stakeholders such as diagnostic partners and manpower agencies
3. Promote high-quality sales and customer services processes
4. Optimize overall customer satisfaction, providing time and service utilization by accurate scheduling
5. Aim to retain customers, renew contacts and contribute to increasing the silver Genie community

Requirements:

1. Must have strong knowledge of the needs and demands of the healthcare industry
2. Must be diligent in submitting documents as demanded
3. Should coordinate with a health coach for clinical assistance
4. Must have a strong business inclination
5. Should have IT skills and an entrepreneurial nature
6. Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to meet them timely
7. Should be open to travel within the city
8. Should have 2 wheeler
9. Graduate level qualification in BSc. nursing, BSc nutrition & dietetics, GNM nurse, BSc paramedical, trauma and emergency management, geriatric care assistance (GCA)
