Customer Care Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend calls from customers and understand their requirements
2. After understanding the customer's requirement, give them a solution
3. If a solution is not sufficient through a phone call, send a query to the hardware or software guy
4. Also if the customer query is about courier status then let them know and also inform the dispatch team
5. Coordinate with respective departments depending on customer query
6. Handle calls on the IVR system
7. Make sure about customer satisfaction
8. Quick response to customer
9. Make reports as suggested by the senior
10. Work on basic greetings skills on the phone
11. Work on other tasks as assigned
