About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
2. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
3. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
4. Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
5. Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

Requirements:

1. At least +2/senior secondary or equivalent diploma is required
2. Strong computer skills
3. Excellent interpersonal English communication skills
4. High level of professionalism
5. Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
6. Strong problem-solving abilities

English Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,90,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 5%
