Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat channels
2. Assist customers with navigating our products and services, addressing concerns, and providing information on promotions and offers
3. Utilize MS-Word to draft and edit professional emails and documents, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
4. Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience
6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized and tailored solutions
7. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and recommend appropriate solutions
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS-Word and strong computer skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
4. Strong attention to detail and time management skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
6. Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
