Key Responsibilities:
1. Call maintain and update customer feedback in the database.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels and make follow-up calls whenever necessary.
3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner by taking ownership of the issues until resolved.
4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel when advanced solutions are needed.
5. Conduct surveys and write reports based on customer feedback on services and products.
6. Manage, analyze, and interpret data to provide insight and support strategic decisions.
7. Diligently follow all company policies and procedures when dealing with customers.
8. Promote the services to the target customers while interacting and understanding their preferences and requirements.

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
