Qualification and Skills:

1. Graduation in any discipline
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
4. Ability to remain calm and composed while handling customer inquiries or complaints
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
7. Prior experience in customer service is not required but would be a plus
