Customer Delight Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Delivering product information and support to students before and during their learning journey
2. Creating solutions that address the demands of students while paying attention to their needs by observing data trends & patterns & understanding their queries & addressing them
3. Keeping a record of students' encounters, including the nature of the interaction, details of payments, and any resolutions reached
4. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the product and its capabilities
5. Recognizing possible difficulties with the accounts of students and interacting with them to address their problems
6. Liaising with other teams to ensure all student requests/inquiries are managed appropriately
7. Answering inquiries from students regarding products or services via phone calls and emails
8. Assisting students in making knowledgeable judgments about their purchases by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, and other details about products or services
9. Assisting in inbound lead management, by engaging with prospective students who express interest in courses, providing them with accurate product details and benefits to facilitate their decision-making process, and sharing relevant lead information with the sales team for timely follow-up,s and ensure all leads are documented properly
