2. Act as a bridge between AccioJob and our guests
3. Handle guest queries and problems and guide them in the correct direction via chats, calls, emails, and social media
4. Solve escalations from our guests and partners on various platforms
5. Solve any problem internal or external to make the experience of our guests spotless/to make internal processes more efficient

AccioJob is an ed-tech company backed by YC and led by IIT Delhi alumni. We train students for full-stack development, DS, and algorithms with guaranteed placement on the 'pay after placement' model.
