Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media with warmth and professionalism
2. Assist customers with order updates, sizing queries, and product recommendations and post-sale journey
3. Go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied
4. Address and resolve order-related concerns like delays, exchanges, and returns
5. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfilment
6. Proactively identify common issues and suggest improvements in customer experience
7. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams
8. Help build a community of happy customers by personalizing interactions
9. Maintain customer records and reports for seamless follow-ups
10. Communicate in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
11. Uphold The Svaya's values of inclusivity, care, and customer-first approach

Requirements:

1. A People Person - You love interacting with people & have excellent communication skills
2. A Problem-Solver - You stay calm under pressure, find & resolve solutions quickly, think fast, & don't let problems escalate
3. Highly Organized - You pay attention to the smallest details, ensuring accuracy in customer interactions & manage multiple tasks efficiently without getting overwhelmed
4. A Quick Learner - You adapt to new systems and tools effortlessly
5. Fashion-Savvy - You understand women's fashion and can guide customers on styling & fit
6. A Team Player - You collaborate well with internal teams to provide the best customer service
7. Process-Oriented - You understand the importance of structured workflows and follow them diligently

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion
2. Strong communication skills (both written & spoken in English + Hindi)
3. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools is a plus
4. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
