1. Make sure that our students receive all information regarding our product offerings in real-time
2. Act as a bridge between AccioJob and our students
3. Work on doing 80 - 100 calls per day i.e., in-bound and out-bound
4. Take demo sessions
5. Handle student queries and problems and guide them in the correct direction via chats, calls, emails, and social media platforms
6. Solve escalations of students and partners on various platforms
7. Solve any problem internal or external to make the experience of our students spotless/to make internal processes more efficient
Skills & Requirements:
1. Experience - Freshers to 6 months
2. Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
3. Should be a quick learner and someone who can take ownership of work
4. Should be optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working
