Specific experience (specify area of experience and expected period): Experience in outbound voice calling for B2B customers within and outside India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with the prospects over the telephone to find out new business opportunities
2. Analyze the conversation and pitch the right solutions to the set of customers across industries
3. Be a team player and hand over the relevant and actionable insights of the prospect/lead to the sales team at the right time
4. Do creation of an exhaustive prospect database and a system to follow with prospects and convert to leads for generating business
5. Conduct a customer satisfaction survey (CSI) and report the learnings to the management
6. Increase solution upselling and enquiry generation for spares and value-added services
