Customer Relationship Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall management of the exclusive brand outlet (EBO), ensuring adherence to hygiene standards and maintaining a clean store environment.
2. Organize merchandise according to the designated planogram, ensuring all items are neatly stacked and presented to enhance visual appeal.
3. Restock all merchandise that was sold on the previous day, maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
4. Segregate stock efficiently to streamline inventory management processes and facilitate easy access to products.
5. Follow instructions from the Store Manager to arrange product displays effectively, maximizing visibility and enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
6. Provide daily reports to the store manager, highlighting both fast-selling and slow-selling merchandise, along with any notable customer demand trends.
7. Generate replenishment reports to assist the Store Manager in making informed decisions regarding inventory management and restocking activities.
