Key responsibilities:

1. Train new users to use the platform and establish best practices
2. Document internal procedures, policies, and tutorials
3. Enable the team to use new processes and tools
4. Create real-time performance dashboards to monitor and evaluate key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
5. Lead key sales initiatives and root cause investigations
6. Ensure the processes around data manipulation are efficient, accurate and meet the highest levels of data security
7. Support CRM business with program tracking, status reporting, contract management, and segment targeting
8. Ensure the accuracy of campaigns and program execution
9. Coordinate employee meetings and continuing education

Required:

1. Good organizational skills
2. Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
3. 1 to 2 years experience on CRM platform/application
4. Good communication verbal and written skills
