Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in customer relationship management with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years.
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Outstanding customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Solid sales skills (Mandatory skill) to identify opportunities and facilitate the sales process.
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and rectify issues efficiently.
High level of empathy to understand and address customer needs.
Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful agreements with customers.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Identify sales opportunities and actively promote products or services to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Regularly update customers on new products, services, or developments within the company.
