Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage store walking and engage with customers to understand their furniture requirements.
2. Provide personalized furniture solutions to clients, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our product range.
3. Drive the complete sales process, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiations, and closing deals.
4. Collaborate with interior designers and architects to identify opportunities for partnerships and expand the brand's reach.
5. Co-managed digital media campaigns and strategies, working closely with external agencies to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
6. Play a key role in the development and management of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving online conversions.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing repeat business.
10. Effectively update client database on Excel and maintain client records.
