Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members (Mandatory skill)
Strong time management abilities to ensure timely responses and efficient task completion (Mandatory skill)
Comprehensive product knowledge to assist and guide customers accurately (Mandatory skill)
Proven problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues promptly
High level of empathy to understand and address customer needs
Patience in dealing with various customer scenarios and ensuring customer satisfaction
Effective conflict resolution skills to handle disagreements and create positive outcomes
Adaptability to adjust to changing customer needs and company policies

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Collaborate with the sales team to align customer strategies
Identify and address customer issues and complaints swiftly to ensure a seamless customer experience
Track and document customer interactions and transactions, providing detailed reports and feedback
Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to retain existing clients
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and customer preferences
Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve overall customer service practices
