Customer Relationship Management Job

Key responsibilities:

(a) Onboard and implementation
1. Facilitating the onboarding process for new customers.
2. Understanding the customer's goal and helping them set up the service.
3. Providing training sessions to ensure customer understand how to use the product/service.
4. Helping customers integrate the product/service into their existing work flows or system.
5. Build strong relationship with customers.
6. Acting as primary point of contact for customer post sale.
7. Conducting regular check-ins and meetings to access customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
8. Proactively addressing customer concerns and issues.
9. Advocating the customers within the company to ensure their needs are met.

(b) Customer success planning
1. Collaborating with customers to develop success plan aligned with their business objectives.
2. Setting clear goals and milestones for customer success
3. Monitoring progress towards achieving customer goals.
4. Adjusting strategies or plans as necessary to ensure customer success.

(c) Customer education and training:
1. Providing ongoing education and training to customers on new features or updates.
2. Sharing best practices and tips to help customers maximize the value of the product/service.
3. Creating and maintain knowledge base articles, guides, and tutorials for self-service support.
