We are a leading manufacturer in our field situated in Sector 32, DLF Industrial Area. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled 'Client Relationship Manager (CRM)' to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all client leads are followed up promptly after orders are placed.
2. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Solicit genuine feedback from clients to improve service quality.
4. Manage client service from order receipt to payment collection.
5. Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
6. Educate and support clients on company products and services.
7. Act as the primary contact for client complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Location: Faridabad Sector 32, DLF Industrial Area, Haryana
Salary: Compensation for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR. For managers handling major clients, salaries may range from 25,000 to 30,000 INR.
Additional Information:
The CRM position requires the individual to reside within a 30-45 minute commuting distance from
the office.
The MD expects the CRM to collaborate closely by sitting together two to three times a week to address client queries and strategize client retention.
