Seeking a dedicated 'Service Coordinator' to manage pre- and post-service activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service engineers, handling customer feedback, and ensuring seamless communication via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule service appointments and dispatch service engineers promptly.
2. Communicate with customers to gather service requirements and provide necessary information.
3. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
4. Handle customer feedback effectively to enhance service quality.
5. Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and feedback.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery processes.
8. Monitor service progress and update customers on the status of their requests.
9. Ensure all post-service documentation is completed accurately.
