Customer Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
2. Work on taking or canceling orders, and obtaining details of customer complaints
3. Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers, and work on keeping a record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
4. Process orders and coordinate with pharmacies for end-to-end processes
5. Work on lead generation and cold calling
6. Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing
