We are looking for a dedicated customer service & admin support team member to help manage daily tasks, client communication, and administrative support. This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll be working closely with the team, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries over phone and email, ensuring prompt responses.
2. Communicate with vendors for quotes, order placement, and delivery updates.
3. Assist in tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing client expectations.
4. Maintain records of client and vendor interactions, order progress, and updates.
5. Support the team in scheduling meetings, updating reports, and basic data entry tasks.
6. Assist with marketing tasks when needed, including helping with new client acquisition and networking coordination.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
1. Candidates with good communication skills in English and Tamil.
2. Someone who enjoys being organized and detail-oriented.
3. Basic knowledge of computer skills (email, Microsoft Office/Google Sheets).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in customer service or admin work.
