About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, coordinating logistics, and handling various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to managing tasks and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the logistics of product deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Communicate with logistics partners and internal teams to manage schedules, track shipments, and address any issues that arise. Update all relevant parties on the status of deliveries, delays, or any changes in plans.

3. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, shipping status, and any other relevant information. Prepare and distribute reports and updates to management and other stakeholders as required.

4. Administrative Duties: Manage and organize company records, files, and databases. Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling meetings. Assist in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
