Customer Service Associate Fresher Job

As a fashion designer and fit stylist consultant, you would need to have a keen understanding of body types and recommend the perfect fit on the basis of that.

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with the customers who visit our website and need help purchasing the right product
2. Talk to customers/tailors who ask for help from a 'fit/design stylist' to assist them and follow up with them
3. Achieve conversion/sales target for the month
4. Help customers through the alteration/sales process
5. Handle offline pop-up stores in Mumbai
6. Appoint premium bespoke tailors onto our platform to become our resellers of custom made jeans
