Customer Service Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer service calls from international clients
2. Make outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-ups as required
3. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
4. Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
5. Update customer information in the company's database
6. Achieve set performance targets and quality metrics
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures
8. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

1. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles
2. Familiarity with CRM software
3. Knowledge of sales techniques for outbound calls
4. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages would be an advantage)
5. Good listening skills and ability to understand various accents
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
7. Strong problem-solving abilities
8. Patience and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
9. Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
10. High school diploma or equivalent (for freshers); Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
