Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails efficiently.
2. Provide accurate information about our products/services.
3. Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
6. Follow communication guidelines and company policies to maintain professionalism.
7. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, etc.).
