About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
2. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer queries and concerns
4. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges
5. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction
6. Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
7. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service
9. Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes and enhancements, as well as to share best practices

Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
2. Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
3. Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
