Customer Service Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the existing database of freelancers
2. Generate more freelancers through different portals and recruitment channels
3. Connect with new freelancers daily through calls and messages
4. Introduce them to SnapFind and assess their potential
5. Organize freelancers into specific teams based on roles and expertise
6. Facilitate the generation of candidate profiles from these teams
7. Share engaging content and motivational messages to keep freelancers active and productive
8. Regularly update freelancers on new opportunities and platform features
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, recognizing their professional status
10. Ensure freelancers feel valued and supported in their roles
11. Address and resolve freelancer queries within the Turnaround Time (TAT)
12. Provide timely and effective support to ensure freelancer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
2. Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or a similar role
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to engage and motivate freelancers through effective communication
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
6. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and portals is a plus
