Key responsibilities:

1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
2. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
3. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs
4. Handling customer queries, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
5. Maintaining a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
6. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
7. Updating the queries and giving resolution given in the system/tool
8. Maintaining the SLA
