About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to client emails as per our committed SLA (less than 30 minutes).
2. Sticking to the processes and the protocols defined where possible and escalating/providing solutions for new scenarios (for example new benchmarks, new processes, new software, new technology, another scope projects, etc.) then and there.
3. Timely approach towards the work that is assigned.
4. Maintaining customer feedback, TAT extension, and customer appreciation reports which helps in understanding the needs of the customer and upgrading our skills.
5. Focusing on on-time deliveries.
6. Tracking the project status by frequently interacting with the vendor department.
7. Delivering the final products to the clients.

Requirements:

3. Basic/intermediate/advanced multi-tasking skills.

4. Wide angle focus on whatever task is done.

5. Able to review and understand project specifications (like manuals, special instructions, cheat sheets, statements of work, etc.)

6. Should be able to prepare and provide reports as directed by the manager.
