About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally
2. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule preventive maintenance visits as per the agreed-upon terms and ensure timely execution
3. Oversee the repair and maintenance operations, dispatching technicians, and tracking service tickets to resolution
4. Develop excellent relationship with Channel Partners to ensure smooth coordination and timely response to the tickets raised
5. Maintain accurate records of all service history, and client communications using our CRM system
6. Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Mechanical or Electrical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in customer service, account management, or technical support roles, preferably in the maintenance or service industry
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders
4. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
5. Proficient in Hindi, English and Kannada must
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts and address customer concerns diplomatically
8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
