1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries through phone, email, or chat, with an emphasis on mutual funds.
2. Manage a range of transactions, including account openings, fund management, redemptions, and switches, with efficiency.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, to achieve targets and offer customized product recommendations aligned with client profiles.
4. Remain updated on market trends and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients.

3. NISM Series V-A Certified Preferred
