About the job

Must have a background of Chat support experience. Ability to handle 50 to 100 tickets a day. Must have knowledge on Email box servers, Saas products,

Additional knowledge: General IT product chat support knowledge. Industries: Email box servers, Apparel products, Textile CRM

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communication.
2. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with order inquiries.
3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns by identifying root causes and offering appropriate solutions.
4. Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
6. Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company standards of professionalism and quality.
7. Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction rates.
8. Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies to offer up-to-date assistance.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 40,000 /year
