Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to inquiries: Answering customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person. This includes providing information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting issues.
2. Resolving complaints: Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. This often involves investigating problems, finding solutions, and ensuring the customer is satisfied.
3. Providing product/service information: Offering detailed information about products or services, including features, pricing, and availability to help customers make informed decisions.
4. Processing orders: Assisting customers with placing orders, making changes, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
5. Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure a smooth process and to track recurring issues or trends.

Job title:

1. Customer interaction: Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
2. Issue resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently. Escalate complex cases to senior staff as needed.
3. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Update customer information as necessary.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and resolve customer issues effectively.
6. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns and exchanges, and handling billing inquiries.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
