We're seeking enthusiastic personnel who strive for excellence in customer engagement and love to go the extra mile for high client satisfaction. An ideal candidate will be a people person and champion in proactively solving customer queries/ issues. He/She will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards our customers at any given time and via all communication channels
2. Knowing our product, processes and policies thoroughly so that high quality responses can be provided to customers
3. Responsible for making outbound calls daily to customers for customer engagement activities such as: feedback gathering, reviews, surveys and contributing to sustainable relationships and trust building with our customers
4. Acknowledging, communicating and resolving customer queries/ grievances through all channels and within specified time limits
5. Bridge the gap between customers and our internal stakeholders for timely and effective resolution
6. Responsible for post-sales engagement with customers including follow-up on payment collection, customer access, account setup, etc.
7. Support management in maintaining records/ data of all customer interactions, including preparation of MIS reports/ dashboards on a timely basis

Note:

1. Location: Mumbai, Goregaon (West)
2. This is a work-from-office job role

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Any bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

2. Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of experience in any customer-centric role

3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers

4. Ability to handle customer calls/ queries/ grievances

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

6. Familiarity with CRM systems will be a plus

7. Experience in MIS/ dashboard preparation

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
