This position is for our client, Zavya. Zavya is a silver jewelry brand targeting 22 to 35 year old Indian women, founded to make modern, silver jewelry accessible and affordable. It aims to provide middle-class women's access to premium jewelry that is wearable every day. It was launched in August 2021 and recently raised funds from remarkable entrepreneurs like the founders of Oziva, Damensch, Lendingkart, etc.
Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
3. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
4. Perform data entry on various platforms
5. Multi-task, organize and prioritize work
