2. Work to resolve customer issues, such as product defects, billing discrepancies, or service disruptions
3. Place orders, track shipments, or make changes to existing orders
4. Handle complaints professionally, aiming to find a satisfactory resolution
5. Need to keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries and resolutions
6. Escalate issues to a higher authority or concerned department
7. Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services
8. Adhere company policies and industry regulations when interacting with customers

Requirements:

1. Needs to have excellent communication skills
2. Problem-solving abilities with patience
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office
