About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Provide information about products or services to potential customers and persuade them to make a purchase or subscribe to services.

Other requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are a plus.

2. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
